I was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas and after completing high school, I left home to attend Texas A&M University in College Station to pursue a degree in business. Upon graduating in 2006 with a Masters in Assurance Services and a Bachelors in Business Administration, I moved to Dallas, Texas and began my career at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY). I have taken advantage of  the global programs offered at EY and have lived and worked in Australia and Chile. I have had the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies in my career.

Last year I graduated from Leadership Dallas, the region’s premier leadership development program hosted by the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce. The program inspired me to commit to improving the quality of life in our region in any way possible and serving a board has been one of my goals.

On a personal level, my husband and I have been married for four years and live in Lake Highlands with our 2 cats (Boomer and Milo) and our dog (Leo).
