Glenda Diaz is an active member of the Fort Worth community. Arrived to Texas from California in 2006 and bought into a well-known franchise model. With passion, hard work and relationship marketing, she quickly grew to three locations despite the 2008-2010 recession.  After having sold her franchise locations, she went to school, earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Tarleton State University and her real estate license; pursuing a long-held interest in real estate.

Today, as a realtor, she is known for outstanding customer service, consistent communication and strong attention to detail. She believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process, enabling her clients the ability to make the best decisions possible.

Glenda is passionate about children, education and entrepreneurship. Currently, she is a full time TCU MBA student who will graduate May 2022. She is the recipient of the FWHCC/TCU MBA Scholarship. While pursuing her degree, she is President of the TCU Graduate Entrepreneurship Organization, TCU Graduate Admissions Ambassador, and Graduate Assistant in the Office of Inclusive.

Glenda is active in the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber. She is an advocate for small businesses. She serves as Co-Chair of the Ambassador program. She was Ambassador of the Year 2020 for her dedication to serving the business community. She is an active member of Junior League of Fort Worth. She serves as Annual Fund Co-Chair and has served on the Nominating Committee, Teen Court Team Lead, Rodeo Program Sales, Junior Mints, Community Hospice and All aBoard Class of 2020. She is an active member of SteerFW and part of the Keyholder Class of 2021. She is an active member of Texas PTA and serving as Treasurer for McLean Middle School. She served as a Board of Directors member and Treasurer for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals – Fort Worth Chapter.
