Bio

Seasoned Human Resources Manager with a proven track record of successfully operating in the transportation/railroad sector.  I began my career with BNSF Railway as a Management Trainee for the Transportation Department in January of 2006, and by June of the same year, I was promoted to a Frontline Supervisor managing Union Employees. Over the past 12 years I’ve served as an Operations Manager in various locations and, spent the last 6 years in the Human Resources Department. My terminal operations experience in several roles has equipped me with the necessary skills for success in operations, logistics, and supply-chain environments. I’ve built strong working relationships, managed budgets across three states, and gained a working knowledge of train operations.

In my roles in the HR Department, I have honed my presentation skills, preparing and presenting at various events nationwide.
