I am the CEO of Evolving Texas, a Civil Engineering firm in Fort Worth, TX.  I am also the Founder and Chief Love Officer at the Soul Tea Foundation.  Soul Tea Foundation was created to help opportunity challenged individuals.  Our mission is to provide the bridge for opportunity challenged and financially disadvantaged individuals to move from a position of merely surviving to a position of thriving.  We accomplish this through our Soul Tea Success Path, which is a development curriculum and mentorship program that looks at the whole person.  We teach basic life skills, job readiness, and more.  Our program can lead to Entrepreneurial Certification and Business ownership opportunities.
