I am 32 year old former mental health counselor who has ventured into the world of finance. Though it pays the bills, it did not satisfy my passion for helping others quite like counseling did. I joined with a group through my company, Black Professionals at Charles Schwab, where I can collaborate with like-minded individuals on projects and events that help strengthen and positively impact our community.

I am an avid reader, writer, and love all things music. I have two bachelors degrees (English and Psychology) and a masters (Counseling and Psychological Services), as well as certificate in Paralegal Studies. I love animals, especially elephants. I look forward to working with an organization that ignites my passion for helping others! I would love to work with something related to a library or literacy.
