I want to use my System Engineering and leadership skill set to improve efficiency, decision making, and outcomes in non-profits.

I am BoardBuild Certified and currently the Chair of the United Way-Arlington (UW-A) Steering Committee and serve on the Tarrant County United Way Board of Directors.  I also volunteer for the Arlington Citizen’s Climate Lobby.

I am retired from Lockheed Martin – Aero where I was the Functional Systems Engineering Senior Manager.  I’ve lived in the DFW area most of my life and obtained my Engineering degree from UT Arlington.  My work experience stretches over 37 years across the F-35, F-22, F-16, and International Programs.
