Bio

Jeffrey Vique is a customer success expert in the digital transformation space as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow; leading implementation and success for financial services customers with previous Federal customer vertical experience. Jeff’s past experience includes aviation and the transportation and logistics industries as well. 

Jeff obtained a Bachelors of Science in Criminology from George Mason University and his Masters of Business Administration from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also ITIL v4 Foundations certified, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt certified, and SAFe 6.0 Agilist certification.

Being born and raised in the Washington, D.C. metro area,  Jeff takes immense pride in serving his community. Jeff serves on the board of directors for the Latino Economic Development Center, a non-profit focused on advancing the growth of the local community through financial and business guidance as well as accessibility to housing assistance and programs for the underserved. Jeff is also on the board of directors for the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, a musical arts installation in the Washington, D.C. area focused on performing and educating Latino musical genres. Jeff is also a City Lead for LatinxMBA, a supportive network of Latinx MBA alumni and current students creating access to opportunity and advocating for the culture in the business community. And lastly, Jeff serves as a delegate for the Minority Student Achievement Advisory Committee for Loudoun County Public Schools, representing and advocating for minority students in regards to school policies and regulations.
