Anna Stewart is a Board Certified Coach who has taught her clients how to build amazing relationships with themselves and live their lives by design. Through her podcast, speech, YouTube videos, and social media posts she has inspired recovering people-pleasers from all over the world to build better boundaries and prioritize themselves so that they can live the life they deserve.

Anna was a teen parent who  struggled with her identity and confidence. This led to her not applying herself and limited her ability to reach her full potential. Against all odds, Anna became the first in her family to go to college. She then went on to obtain a Masters degree in Administration.

Anna has held positions as a substance abuse counselor, youth advocate, and mentor. In addition through her volunteer work she has been the head of community outreach programs, and a committee member with Junior League.

Through training, and experience Anna has become a boundary expert. She applies this knowledge to support individuals across various communities. She helps others find their identity, confidence and grit.

Anna is an expert in boundaries, self-leadership, conflict management, authenticity, and work-life harmony. She would proudly bring these skills to your organization as a board member.
