As a wellness professional specializing in teaching yoga and meditation, I am passionate about helping others foster health and well-being in all areas of life. I am deeply committed to community and service. As the President of the Board of Trustees of Caring Contact, a nonprofit answering the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, offering a compassionate presence to those navigating emotional distress, I strive to ensure these critical support services are available to those in need. I also co-chair Sea Girt’s Annual Farmers and Artisans Market and Holiday Market, where I help bring people together, support local businesess, and strengthen community connections.
