I’m a mom, builder, and systems thinker with a deep belief in the power of human-centered design, community, and advocacy. After a decade-long diagnostic journey for my son, I founded the TUBB2A Foundation to bring connection, clarity, and hope to families navigating ultra-rare genetic conditions.

Professionally, I’ve led many ops teams including DesignOps and ResearchOps teams at companies like Netflix, PayPal, and Vista, where I helped scale operations, elevate inclusive design, and drive cross-functional collaboration. I bring over 15 years of experience in UX leadership, strategy, and digital transformation.

I’m passionate about creating infrastructure that helps people thrive—whether that’s in healthcare, tech, or nonprofits. Now, I’m focused on building an AI-informed, ethically grounded foundation model for rare disease communities to accelerate research, elevate lived experiences, and improve quality of life.
