I am an experienced leader in student health and well-being and have spent the last decade working to support and improve the well-being of the collegiate student community through management of university health services and collaboration with campus partners.  Prior to my work in student health, I spent several years working in the healthcare industry with a focus on organizational development, service-based programming, operational improvement, and culture change. My work has been enhanced through the completion of my Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership in 2016. This program was strongly focused on practical application of leadership theory and development of servant leadership—values which align with my professional goals and approach to organizational development.

As a leader, my objective is driving toward systemic improvements and elevation of the health of the campus communities that I serve. I am seeking opportunities to expand that impact to further support the health and well-being of others through organizations that have similarly aligned values and missions.
