Molly Turk is a seasoned public affairs and marketing communications professional with over a decade of experience fostering strong community connections and meaningful engagement. She also has a knack for storytelling. In May 2025, she joined Atmos Energy as the Manager of Public Affairs for the Mid-Tex division.

Before joining Atmos Energy, Molly served as Executive Director of Communications at San Angelo ISD and as Manager of Customer Marketing at TCP Software, where she led impactful initiatives that enhanced brand reputation, stakeholder relationships, and community engagement.

A passionate advocate for public service and community involvement, Molly was honored by the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce as one of its “20 Under 40” in 2023. She serves on several nonprofit boards, including United Way of the Concho Valley, San Angelo A&M Club, and JPW Learning Center. She’s also a San Angelo Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals member and the Goodfellow AFB Honorary Commander Alumni.

Molly holds a Master of Business Administration from Angelo State University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.

A proud West Texas native, Molly lives in San Angelo with her husband, TJ Turk, and their son, Parker. She is committed to building bridges between organizations and their communities—fostering trust, engagement, and lasting impact.
