It motivates me a great deal to see progress through innovation and helping others thrive.  I have belonged and lead a number of initiatives to promote innovation through diversity initiatives in various companies and non-profits.  I currently lead an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Healthcare Distribution Alliance and have launched and lead two other ERGs at different companies.
