Charminta Brown is a dynamic and passionate leader with extensive experience in higher education and community service. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to Florida in 2013 to pursue her Master of Science in Higher Education Administration at Florida International University.

Charminta serves on various non-profit boards throughout Central Florida, including the Osceola Chamber, Steps Foundation, Poinsette Foundation, and Black Empowerment Community Council.

Her remarkable success has garnered recognition in the United States Congressional Record by Congressman Darren Soto, who honored her as a distinguished community leader in Central Florida.
