Bio

Dulari is best known as a social impact leader with 20 years’ experience maximizing the potential of programs and partnerships. She is skilled in creating stability, clarity, and safety so teams can thrive and has a proven track record of building lean, effective program operations and delivering measurable results for a community.

Currently, Dulari is North America’s Social Impact Manger, Education and Workforce for the global manufacturing organization, Hilti. As part of the Hilti Social Impact Team, Dulari spearheads Hilti’s innovative workforce initiatives – where business and social impact intersect. This role is centered around sustainable employment for underserved individuals in Hilti and with Hilti customers, ultimately breaking the cycle of poverty and bridging the workforce gap in the construction industry.

Prior to this, Dulari rebuilt and lead the Career Services team at Goodwill Industries of Dallas. She managed a team 14 across 3 program workstreams, effectively putting Goodwill job coaches into the community where they were most needed.

Dulari led Leadership Programs during the pandemic and as we emerged from it, overseeing and executing the executive level Leadership Dallas program. Before this, Dulari was Director of Education for the Commemorative Air Force. During her tenure, she implemented hands-on STEM program experiences that combined the organization’s collection of vintage aircraft with the stories of the heroes who built and flew them during World War II.

Dulari also served in multiple roles at Dallas’s largest emergency homeless shelter, Austin Street Center, overseeing the creation and implementation of an education and employment resource center to help Dallas’s most vulnerable citizens end homelessness.

Dulari began her career teaching low-income elementary students, including writing curriculum and training teachers in hands-on technology instruction, advocating for opportunity and access for all student to have a better future.

Dulari is a Dallas native and earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management and a minor in art history from the University of Missouri and a Master of Education Leadership and Policy from SMU. She holds numerous certifications in nonprofit management, fundraising, survey design, and outcomes management. Dulari is very involved in the Junior League of Dallas and is an alumnus of the Leadership Arts Institute and the Glass Leadership Institute.
