Gil Zafra has more than 18 years of experience in multicultural marketing through diverse industries, including alternative financial services (AFS), media, advertising, retail, international trade, legal services, and food & beverage.

His passion for entrepreneurship, social innovation and community empowerment has driven him to connect medium-sized business and Fortune 500 brands with consumers in the U.S. and LATAM. In addition, he has served in different Boards, like Prospanica (current National Society of Hispanic MBAs), where he was appointed President in 2018 for a year; the Mexican Talent Network (President since 2019), and Rosa es Rojo (since 2020).

He loves traveling with his family, swimming in open waters, grilling “Argentine ” asados, and constantly remodeling his house.
