Kyshira S. Moffett, MBA has spent the last 10 years of her professional career helping individuals grow and advance their careers. She is an international board certified life and success coach, certified Disc trainer and workflow strategist. Her career began in corporate human resources where she spent time in nearly every major department including diversity & inclusion, training & development, employee relations and more. She then pivoted to higher education where she worked with MBA students on career pathing and development.In 2019, she decided to take the risk and start her own freelance business coaching practice. She has helped hundreds of women start and scale their online businesses. She has facilitated over 50 workshops for small businesses, nonprofits and corporations on topics ranging from digital marketing, personal branding and productivity. Kyshira freely shares her methodologies weekly via her podcast, Her Morning Coffee and via her YouTube channel. She is the author of several books including Project ManageHER and All in Favor of Branding which are available on Amazon. Passionate about community service, Kyshira has a held a number of leadership positions within civic minded nonprofit organizations. She has served as the Chapter President for both the Urban League Young Professionals and the National Black MBA Association within the city of Pittsburgh. She served as the Grow with Google Digital Coach and provided free, in person, digital skills trainings to over 2200 African American and LatinX small business owners.Her continuous efforts and involvement have been recognized by Forbes, Brit and Co, EBONY Magazine, Fast Company, XO Necole, CNN Money, Blavity, Pittsburgh Business Times, and more! She is the recipient of the 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Millennial Visionary of the Year Award, and the Fab 40 under 40 Award.
