She is an award-winning inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility (IDEA), and belonging strategy consultant, keynote speaker, and International Coach Federation (ICF) professional certified coach. She earned her BBA in Accounting from UT Austin and her MS in Management from UT Dallas.  She is a professional certified coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and a Texas certified public accountant (CPA).

D CEO Magazine named her to The Dallas 500 in its directories as “one of the most powerful business leaders in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex” for four years.  She led Team Wishing Out Loud to win The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Dallas 2023 Visionary of the Year Award. Dallas Business Journal awarded her a 2022 Leaders in Diversity Award.

Lisa is a Plano resident and member of the Orchid Giving Circle, the AICPA, TXCPA, the International Coach Federation, and The Society for Diversity.
