My background encompasses R&D / Technology / Engineering with broad industry experience with device / instrumentation products. Currently, I hold the position of Vice President, with P&L responsibilities, in a Global corporation operating in 100 countries. My current R&D Engineering organization encompasses 200 engineers and scientists in many sub-disciplines. Expertise in startups and large corporations, turn-around situations, creating a culture of innovation and engagement. Business revenues from $10MM startups to $8B corporations.

I’m interested and open to exploring opportunities to contribute and give back – to help and mentor in my professional area of expertise and also mentor in leadership skills.

My passions lie in many areas but especially supporting women in science/technology, STEM education, community concerns, helping the disadvantaged, and concerns with our environment and food supply, health and nutrition, and rounding it out with a passion for supporting the end of life and hospice organizations.
