I started my career in Quality engineering. Having extensive experience of over 14years in managing, leading, and executing software testing functions for all enterprise applications, working across all business units and with stakeholders to review business needs and develop QA processes and prepare/implement enterprise testing strategies. I started my career in the Financial/Banking industry and then continued in the Healthcare industry with domain knowledge in multiple areas like Specialty, Caremark, Order Management systems, Health services, and eCommerce, leading several product launches. With my love of learning and zeal to enhance the customer journey, I took the PO role, started my journey in product management to deliver business value to my organization by providing our customers with a modern, relevant, and personalized digital shopping experience. As a product owner for Onsite search, I’ve played a key role in achieving positive search results to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue through search. I switched myself to Charles Schwab to learn and grow myself in Financial Industry. Being a Product Manager in Retirement Plan services, I manage a few applications for data analytics and report automation for RPS systems to support Plan Sponsors, Consultants, and internal users.
