Lauren (Stotler) Searway is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for Career Services. Lauren works as an Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX.

Lauren earned her Master’s of Education in Higher Education from SMU in May 2022 and began coursework for the Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education at SMU in August 2023. Learn more about her education and involvement here.

Lauren also deeply values volunteer and philanthropy work, specifically within higher education and the local community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas State University Alumni Association as well as volunteering with Junior League and her sorority.
