I have over 15 years of human resources (HR) experience and a deep commitment to driving a world-class HR organization focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion with a proven track record of significant impact as a senior HR leader across several industries, working with companies such as Netflix, Apple, Cloudera, and Facebook. Currently, I serve as Chief People and Equity Officer at Caminar, Inc. I hold both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), along with several other professional certifications.

Additionally, I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a member of NAAAHR, NBMBA, SHRM, and Toastmasters International. My goals are to serve on the Board of Directors for NFP and for-profit organizations and lend my expertise and years of experience to the overall success of the organization.
