Throughout my career, I have led global teams across Europe, APAC, and MENA, driving business transformation and implementing growth strategies in complex, multinational environments.
My professional journey includes senior leadership roles such as Global Head of Personal Banking at HSBC, where I developed a comprehensive segment strategy and value proposition for 87% of the bank’s customer base, alongside designing a segment-level P&L framework and spearheading financial literacy initiatives. At Home Credit International, as Global Head of Customer Engagement & Value Management, I shaped customer strategy across eight countries, achieving a 50% uplift in sales conversions and significant improvements in Net Promoter Scores through innovative governance models and customer experience programs.
I bring a proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities, delivering measurable improvements in revenue, customer retention, and market share.
